By Bus:-

Road Mancherial is well connected by road from major parts of India. State run TSRTC buses runs to various towns/cities like, Adilabad, Nirmal Karimnagar,Luxettipet, Jagtial, Warangal, Nizamabad, Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Godavarikhani, Bellampally, Nagpur, Shirdi, Mumbai, Nanded, Aurangabad and Chandrapur. NH 63 (Nizamabad to Jagdalpur) passes through Mancherial. Rajeev Rahadari Hyderabad-Karimnagar-Ramagundam(Godavarikhani) road is 10 km away from Mancherial, which is the shortest route to reach Hyderabad via Godavarikhani, Karimnagar, Siddipet.

By Road:-

Rail Mancherial is located on the longest railway line, which is called the Grand Trunk line (New Delhi-Chennai). It is well connected by rail from various towns/cities in India. It comes under South Central Railways. It is a good potential station to have stoppage due to its urban population as well as proximity to other major towns like Mandamarri (14 km), Bellampalli (21 km), Luxettipet (26 km), Ramakrishnapur (8 km), Chennur (40 km), Jaipur Power Plant (17 km). Mancherial railway station is next express halt after Ramagundam.

It is on the north-south railway route from Delhi to Chennai. The major junctions up north are Ballarshah in Maharashtra and Kazipet in Warangal district to the south.

Air There is an airport at Basant nagar Kesoram cement factory at Ramagundam which is about 25 km from Mancherial. It was used when the government of India was operating Vayudoot airlines, a subsidiary of Air India and Indian Airlines. After the closure of Vayudoot, it has not been in regular use. As of 2010, it is only used for landing of any VVIP's flights or for emergency landings. The nearest international airport is Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, located 162 km away from Karimnagar. The Telangana state government is planning to develop this airport as a part of developing a Second airport in Telangana region..
